These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of PACKAGINGX PRIVATE LTD’s Website, located at packagingx.com.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use PackagingX if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The Products and the Services

All of our products are custom-made to your specifications. You, the Customer, are responsible for ensuring that the requested size, colour, artwork, quantity, product style, and product category are accurate. PackagingX is not responsible for any ordering errors committed by clients. We cannot guarantee the colour, artwork, size, or other characteristics displayed on your computer monitor.

Orders and Payments

Before production commences, all Orders must be paid in full. PackagingX reserves the right to re-quote this Order if manufacturing does not commence within 30 days of the date of Order Acceptance owing to variations in packing and shipping costs (if any).

Within ten (ten) business days, every purchase will be processed. The time required to complete a purchase does not include the time required for delivery. The delivery dates stated are only approximations. We are not responsible for any damages or expenses incurred as a consequence of the late delivery of the Products.

We adhere to a policy of continuous product development and retain the right to alter the specifications of any Product at any time without notice, subject to any Orders previously made. Products provided may vary due to the use of several color systems, such as the worldwide RGB screen-based color system and the print color system employed by the packaging.

Quotations

14-day quotes on packaging, products, and services. PackagingX may give new shipping quotes until The Order is confirmed to reflect market pricing. After purchase confirmation, payment is due within 5 days. After 5 days, PackagingX may re-quote the whole order.

The Right to Reject Orders

We may refuse orders. We retain the right, but are not obligated, to restrict sales to certain regions or jurisdictions. This right is a case-by-case. We have the right to limit our offerings. Product descriptions and prices may change without notice. We may alter or terminate products or services at any time. This sites offer is void where prohibited.

Returns & Replacements

After obtaining your Products, you must check their quality. Please let us know within 30 days of the Arrival Date if the products don’t meet your quality standards. We’ll do our best to make it right. After 30 days, no replacements, refunds, or returns are provided.

If we decide, in our sole discretion, to replace things or refund or credit cash paid for an order, the replacement, refund, or credit is our exclusive responsibility and your only remedy for that transaction.
